How do people find reading books fun?

How can you find reading books fun and exciting in this century you have so many ways to entertain yourself such as tv, movie, video games, music, internet and so much other fun stuff. I think these other things are better.

1. maybe they were nerds when they were in skool. idk. maybe their just old. or they dont know how to use them and because u do dat when ur really bored.
2. when reading a book your imagination is making the pictures in your mind. when you use the games and other electronic stuff your imagination is stunted. seldom enlarged. Besides can you imagine how much money and film it would take to faithfully make a movie from a book with everything in the book????? I always see the movie before the book so that I can read the book later to see what all was left out.
3. you get the freedom to imagine. other entertainment mediums does the imagining for you =]
4. When books get good you can't help but not put them down
