Do you plan on reading The Children of Hurin?

Tolkien's New book? If so, what are your expectations of it?

1. I expect it to be right there with Brian Herbert's books, or dweezil Zappa's guitar playing.
2. no. might change my mind though. read some of the simarillion and lost tales of tolkien book 1 and tales in honour of tolkien and after the king a book of fantasy stories edited by robert. e., greenberg
3. Yes just brought the book i think it should be good as its Tolkien . Even if its not as good Lord of the Rings that will still be better than a lot of rubbish that appear on the shelf's. It will probably be slammed by the usual suspects left wing airheads who think a unmade bed in the Tate modern is art. But i say if you enjoy good myth and fantasy that has taking a lot of effort than give Tolkien a try .
