What is the best speed-reading program?

I would like to speed up my reading and improve my comprehension, what are the best programs and are there any web-based speed-reading programs?

2. I am using eyeQ and it's working awesome so far... check it out!
3. I went to the public library and checked out three different authors. I found that having the book examples in front of me is what they, the authors wanted to teach you to speed read.
4. If you research speed reading, you'll notice that they're all BS. The simple truth is people who speed read (and they will never tell you this in their infomercials and stuff) are actually learning to skim faster but often times misunderstand the info they read or lose a percentage of what they are suppose to cover, sometimes more severe than 50% of the information. Much like anything else in life, for example, typing skills/speed, this will only truly improve if you practice it aka read, read, and read. No special formula will give you super reading speed. Any that promise such thing is scamming you out of your money.
