Are the teenagers of America losing the habit of reading?

1. yes in a word video games, television..reading requires an attention span.
2. Yes and I believe its because the media tells them that only beauty and materials matter. Things like rap music and all these model shows arent making the issue any better. Now days, its all about ''looking'' good instead of being good. The people in the spotlight (some parents included) are spending their time there unwisely. They should put emphasis on education... I pray for them...
3. I'm sooooo not!!!! And most of the people I know have read 7 books in one week! I love to read, because most of my fantasies are already in book form lol. I always read series, because after i read one book, I want more! I just finished the first two booked in the house of night/marked series. SO good :P BTW, I'm 15, so I know more than any ADULt observes. Just, keep that in mind. gracias
