My Dream: Reading Books "How do I remember the texts?"?

The majority of my dreams involves reading from something from somewhere, like a huge book, or bulletin boards or some pamphlets. But most of the time it's just books or notebooks. Sometimes the writings are so eloquent I couldn't have just made them out. But when I wake up it gets frustrating that I only remember at most two sentences. The dreams: I don't remember background details in my dreams very much. The only details I mostly remember is the medium the writings are in like a book or a notebook. They're usually old, sometimes there's nothing else but the book floating or some candles in the background. Sometimes I'm in a library, a museum, a small room, a church and on one occasion I was reading a billboard on a modern city. I'm more interested on remembering the texts but interpretations would be interesting too.

  1. You may not be able to remember the texts, very few people get that kind of imformation in that form from a dream. You could try to get more connected with the spiritual and thus create a clearer channel for whatever good stuff you are receiving in your dream. Sometimes your mind may just be processing a lot of intellectual data in your sleep, and your dreams reflect that fact. Meditation/prayer, exercise, and a healthy diet, will stenghten you spiritually so as to get better access to your inner self, and the source of your dream material. Hypnotism and concentrating on getting as much data as you can from every dream may help. One can write down anything that you get at all from your dreams right after they happen, and see if you remember more in time.
