  1. HARRY POTTER
  2. y do u like reading go have fun w/ ur friends do somethin don just READ
  3. Slaughter house five [not what it sounds] really look into it
  4. If you like video games and best friends stories I think you might like my novel GAMEPLAYER: The Genesis Portal. GAMEPLAYER follows the adventures of Nine-dog, Gator and Louie; three racially diverse buddies growing up in the skateboarding, video gaming obsessed Santa Monica, California beach life-style. Just a suggestion, Gary Anderson
  5. mystery-- two little girls in blue by: Mary Higgins Clark (or actually any of her books but if you dont like scary dont read them because they are scary) any of The Clique books by Lisi Harrison (their kind of like teen drama) (they are a series)
  6. THE MYSTERIOUS BENEDICT SOCIETY! Pretty long, very good! All my friends loved it, too. We're all 13 (but my profile says im 26 or something like that but o well). Anyway it's really good i highly recommend it!
  7. If she likes lite Christian type books, try some from a Canadian author by the name of Jeanette Oke. There are different sets series that she can read through. Perfect for that age group.
  8. Stargirl!
  9. If she wants something a bit challenging, and different from what she's probably used to, I would reccomend Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte. There are some relatively mature issues in this novel, though, so it depends on the idividual.:-)
  10. Ann of green gaboles!!!! great book! There is more stories by the same author like that too! Love um!!!
  11. Twilight and New Moon by Stephenie Meyer Eragon and Eldest by Christopher Paolini The Truth About Forever by Sarah Dessen (actually, I would reccommend all of her books, becuause she is a really good writer.) Blue is for Nightmares series by Laurie Faria Stolarz The Midnighters series by Scott Westerfeld Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling Green Angel by Alice Hoffman (she's written a lot of good books) Ruby Holler by ??? I hope you enjoy reading over the summer!!
  12. Tamora Pierce "Alanna: The First Adventure" is the first of a series of 4. A young girl who wants to be a knight, and her twin brother wants to be a sorcerer so they switch places and she pretends to be a boy. Excellent read. Everything else by her is also excellent (around 25 books total).
  13. I'm 13 (14 in 2 months) and some of my favorite books are: To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Cafe by Fannie Flagg The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants Series (4) by Ann Brashares Peaches by Jodi Lynn Anderson Secrets of Peaches by Jodi Lynn Anderson
