how to improve my reading skill?

with the problem I have recently is reading problem, when teacher call me to scan for each question, teacher said that it was incorect, what should I do and what part of thing should I notice please advise me if I'm not good enough

1. Get a few books and read frequently, boring as it may seem, it works. Or perhaps try tutoring :) I recommend reading though.
