Reading train - Improve your reading skills

anybody know where i can download a DVD reading program that captures a frame of a movie and you can edit them

im trying to find a dvd reading program because i want to take a frame from the movie resident evil apocalypse if you dont know it know a dvd reading program can u just find a picture of the umbrella corp logo the one that scrambles for example in the beginning it say entrance to hive then it shows the picture can somebody help me find it?
