1. One of the best things you can do to increase your reading skills is simply reading more. It can be a novel or even a magazine. The more you read the more you increase your fluency (speed and understanding). Also depending on the test try to find some sites online that focus on particular skills: Compare and Contrast, Cause and Effect, Main Idea, Predicting, Vocabulary, etc.
2. I don't know that you can make great improvements in your overall reading, but you can practice your test skills. Search for "online reading practice" in Google, and you will find many possibilities. Having a familiarity and comfort with test styles will increase your chances of a good score. Good luck.
